The Problem
Modern parenting is so stressful that in 2024 the Surgeon General issued a health advisory for parents. Almost half of all parents say that the stress of parenting is completely overwhelming most days.
A 2021 study revealed that nearly two thirds of all parents and three fourths of single parent’s report feeling isolated and lonely. Much of the stress that parents report comes from concerns about children’s social media use and the mental health crises impacting today’s children and teens. The epidemic of loneliness is also disproportionately impacting youth.
Our Solution
Our coaching program is designed to support parents and strengthen youth so that they can develop the values, skills, and motivation to live happy, meaningful, and connected lives.
We have a passion for empowering families. Our coaching is different. It’s not therapy—it's strengths-based and designed to promote healthy relationships by fostering values, respect, and joy. We focus on working directly with youth to help them build the confidence and skills they need to navigate and persevere in today’s challenging world.
By helping families identify their core values and then align their choices, they have an internal North Star guiding their decision making. At the heart of our approach is respect, for yourself, one another, and the broader community, creating an environment of trust, support, and connection. As connection deepens, so does the possibility of joy—the essential bond that holds families together through both challenges and triumphs.
